SNoW WHiTE and EBoNY BLaCK

Baby Tones Air Dry Soft Black and Snow White are very useful for controling how light or dark your mixes on your palette can be.  You can add natural dimension and enhancements to your reborn doll's facial features by creating a soft gray mix of Snow White and Soft Black and using that to mix and vary your facial feature flesh tones on the reborn's face as shown in photograph below

Now to neutralize any color or shade it to a darker and more neutral version, you would do best to mix a nice neutral grey tone using your Baby Tones Snow White and Baby Tones Soft Black... blend together to make a grey hue and then use the grey hue to mix into other colors to neutralize them and make them look more natural on your reborn babies!  Neutral hues are much more lifelike than super bright 'clowny' tones on a reborn baby doll

Anytime you are mixing two colors together to make a lighter mix... blend a tiny amount of the white with the a separated small portion of the original tone first, then blend that new mix into the lighter tone... Use the same logic for going to a darker tone mix... blend a tiny amount of black with a separated portion of the original tone first and then blend that new mix with your original color so you can completely control the intensity and desired hue of your final color wash to paint on baby doll
