If you already know the basics of reborn doll painting with Genesis then the techniques are still very much the same with the only difference being that your baby will automatically begin drying once paint is applied and Good News! You will not risk disfigurement or excessive shine on your soft vinyl doll kit by overbaking in the oven or scorching baby with a heat gun.

This kit is well-stocked with many helpful mediums for Air-Dry Paint Reborning...including the larger 2 oz bottles of our own Special Blends of Bloomin Baby Paint Thinner and Baby Tones Water Conditioning Drops for Streak-Free Painting, and a jar of our own REBORNER'S REAL RESULTS BRUSH BLENDING GEL

Here is some helpful explanations on these three special products and their use in reborning...

Use the Bloomin' Baby Paint Thinner to add directly to the paints to help thin them and make them last a long time. Thin the paints in their pots with the thinner but you can use the treated water (with our water drops) to mix with paints to make transparent color washes. I use small glad-ware plastic bowls to store the color washes in and I pounce them on in layers and let each light layer dry to get a natural look - two Bloomin' Baby Pre-Mixed Flesh Tone colors are included so you can make varied layers for your reborn's skin tone.

Baby Tones Water Drops... these are a special water conditioner for you to paint with...use one drop of this with one ounce of water to help soften the paint brush water and allow the paints to float transparently onto the vinyl with no streaks..

Reborner's Real Results Brush Blending Gel

Use this directly on your clean damp paintbrushes, apply the gel and work it into the brush on your palette and then paint with your color washes and this really helps the paint to be clump free and blend nicely onto the vinyl

An Eight-Piece Handy Paint Brush Set. The flat style is recommended for broad area color wash, also a smaller flat #2 brush for lips and nails, a #4 long handled fan brush is included for specialty color accent application. The liner-style brush is great for eyebrows and fingernail tips... you can also trim the bristles on your liner brush when your ready for a finer application point. We include soft vinyl gloves, and a gold adhesive brush along with our popular Aleene's tacky glue in the event you will be putting a wig on your completed baby kit. Baby's first diaper is included too!.
