This belly plate can be trimmed down for either a shorter or also a more slender baby, I would suggest it for micro-preemie infant style kits in sizes ranging from approx 14 inches to about 15-16 inches... I do have two wider and larger Preemie and Infant Belly Plate sizes for sale that would fit babies from 16 to slim 18 inch and then from 18 reg to 21-22 inch infants. They are made from the same super soft silicon vinyl...
