These are uncut Superstar Six Barb Felting Needles Used to Root Mohair in your Reborn Doll's Head.

This listing is for 10 quality Size 40 Fine Hair Rooting Needles

These ultra thin needles allow for a beautiful result and are the same type demonstrated and recommended in the Secrist Reborning DVD by Stephanie Sullivan and Pat Secrist that we offer in our ebay store. They are a finer gauge needle for a micro root effect. The finer needles allow for a smaller root that some artists use to root eyelashes and brows as well as smaller babies and polymer clay creations.

These size 40 ultra fine gauge needles would need to root a soft vinyl that is preferably warmed as they are more delicate than our sturdy size 38 needles. For the most unbreakable rooting needle I recommend either our new Super Strength Crown Rooting needles or our Durable Diamond needles we have made for us... they cost a bit more but are worth the extra since they do not break easily and have less barbs on the needle so they make a finer root. This listing however is for the size 40 fine gauge rooting needles and they do fit our rooting tool we offer as well in our ebay store.
