What a handy tool!
I use this on the warm
doll head to catch the edge of the eye after squeezing the face to
allow this... It's smooth rounded edges are perfect for safetly
catching the edge and releasing the eye so it can be easily removed
with padded tweezers or gentle padded pliers and make
no scratches or cracks to your expensive doll eyes.
Only use the
tool on a very soft or warmed head to catch the edge
or gently reposition the eye for easier removal, do not bend
tool harshly or it could break
I have also saved
countless of my own fingernail injuries and blemished eye sockets on
my reborns with this great tool...
The round tip stylus at the other end of the
tool is a very handy little tool that can place and position
eyelashes with no risk of scratching the dolls eye or soft lid area.
A much better alternative
to using straight pins or toothpicks to carefully set your
baby's eyelashes in place

For best results, it's recommended to
remove babies eyes while you paint the face so this tool is
indispensible for catching the back edge of a semispherical eye and
allowing me to access the side of the eye to easily get
it out of my doll's head and repositioning them back in
quickly.. I found I could use the tool to easily adjust the eyes for
different glances to suit your reborn's expressions... and you can
now also position your babys eyes to look in different directions or
at certain objects
Once your painting is done, you are ready to
attach baby's new eyelashes
You can
accomplish this easily with the ball-tipped smooth tip of your
stylus. Great for glueing - positioning - and applying your baby's
eyelashes perfectly every time... Smooth metal round tip is easy to clean off any
adhesives and mediums ... Do not use this or any
similar tool as a 'pry-bar' on a hard vinyl head's eye sockets,
you can damage the vinyl around
them.
